According to real estate data analytical firm ‘Square Yards’, this property has been sold for Rs 559.25 crore.

It has been jointly sold by Tushar’s company Tushar Infra Developers Private Limited and Jitendra’s company Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited. This property has been purchased by Japanese company NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited. According to the documents, this company is located in DC-10 building in Balaji IT Park, Chandivali. This commercial space is spread over a built-up area of ​​approximately 30,195 square meters, i.e. approximately 3,25,016 square feet.
It is known that earlier in May 2025, Jitendra and his family had sold a portion of their land in Andheri for Rs 855 crore. This is one of the expensive deals in the real estate market.
