The Delhi High Court gave a verdict which caught the attention of the people. The matter was related to a quarrel between neighbors. In which FIRs were lodged from both sides. The quarrel actually started with the pet and gradually reached the scuffle and abuse and threatening. But later the two families reached a compromise and filed a petition in the Delhi High Court and appealed to cancel the FIR lodged in the case.
In the Delhi High Court, Justice Arun Moga while hearing the case said that when the dispute is resolved by mutual consent and this is a private matter, there is no need to continue criminal action. But instead of finishing this, the court added a unique condition to it.
Both neighbors distributed Pizza and Amul’s buttermilk – High Court
During the hearing of the case, the Delhi High Court ordered that pizza and Amul buttermilk will be distributed to all children and staff in the Government Children’s Home Sanskar Ashram built near GTB Hospital by both neighbors.
The Delhi High Court has ordered the pizza to be made by the complainant as he runs a pizza business. The Delhi High Court made it clear that every child careful and staff should be given a mixed veg pizza and tetra pack of Amul buttermilk.
The court canceled the FIR to protect both sides from unnecessary troubles and promote mutual goodwill and social harmony.
Investigating officer will monitor the case – High Court
During the hearing of the case, the Delhi High Court has given the responsibility of monitoring this order to the investigating officer so that the pizza party can be really. This decision of the court not only ended the quarrel of neighbors, but also gave delicious gifts to the children.
