Actually, Ajit Pawar has expressed his desire to become CM in public many times. In such a situation, Shiv Sena UBT leader Vinayak Raut said on Sunday (May 4) that if Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar wants to become Chief Minister, he should join the opposition coalition Mahavikas Aghadi (MVA).
‘Ajit Pawar can never become CM in Mahayuti’
Shiv Sena UBT Secretary Vinayak Raut said that Ajit Pawar cannot become the Chief Minister in the current ruling coalition in Maharashtra. The ruling coalition ‘Mahayuti’ includes the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Ajit Pawar -led Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and Eknath Shinde -led Shiv Sena.
‘Ajit Pawar take action instead of dreaming’- Vinayak Raut
Vinayak Raut, who was a MP of Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg, said, “Ajit Pawar can never become the Chief Minister in the alliance in which he is currently in Ajit Pawar. If he has to become the Chief Minister, he will have to come back to MVA. Instead of dreaming of becoming the Chief Minister, he should come to a place where he can get the opportunity.
Mahayuti got 230 and MVA got only 46
Ajit Pawar has expressed ambitions to become the Chief Minister in the past. In the Maharashtra assembly elections held last year, ‘Mahayuti’ won 230 seats out of 288 seats in the state, while MVA was reduced to just 46 seats.
