Congress leader Shashi Tharoor said on Thursday (June 19) that he has differences with some leaders in the party leadership. He said that his opinion is different from some people of Congress leadership. When Congress leader Udit Raj was questioned on this, he told the news agency ANI that ‘I am not in a position to comment on this’. Earlier, he called Shashi Tharoor a ‘super spokesperson’ of BJP.
What did you say on PM Modi’s speech in Bihar?
Apart from this, he was also questioned on PM Narendra Modi’s address in Bihar. In Siwan, Bihar, the Prime Minister targeted the Congress and RJD. He said that during the license rule of the Congress, the leaders of his party became rich but the people remained poor. He said that the model of Congress and RJD focuses on family.
On this, Congress leader Udit Raj said, “The RSS and the Bharatiya Janata Party have so much hatred with quota and license. Dalits have been uplifted especially and backward by quota and license itself.”
‘RSS wants to keep backward-dalits slaves’
Udit Raj said, “There is a quota in the gas agency. There is a quota in the petrol pump. There is quota in the job. There is a quota in the head-sarpanch. There is a license. I can understand the pain. I can understand the pain. The RSS wants to keep backward and Dalits as a slave and the Congress did not allow them to become slaves. So the license and Kota Raj opposed the license and Kota Raj. Given 10 years, they must have given 10 lakh jobs in 10 years.
‘Licenses and quota have come up’
Further, he said, “At the time of Congress, 10 lakh SC, ST and OBC used to get jobs. People of SC, ST and OBC who have come up in Bihar have come up from license and quota.”
