The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date of online application for UGC NET June 2025. Now candidates can fill the application form on 12 May 2025 till 11:59 pm. This decision has been taken in view of the demand of the students.
This is the new application schedule
The last date for depositing the fees is now on 13 May 2025 till 11:59 pm. After this, improvement in application form can be done from 14 to 15 May 2025. Candidates can complete all processes through ugcnet.nta.ac.in website.
How to fill the application form?
- Go to the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
- Click on the registration link to create login credentials.
- Fill personal information, educational and contact information.
- Upload documents like photo and signature.
- Pay the fees online.
- Download the form and download it.
Which candidates should apply?
- The UGC NET exam is conducted for three stages.
- Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor Posts
- Only Assistant Professor’s post and Ph.D. Can apply for entrance examination or only for PhD admission.
- This examination determines eligibility for teaching and research in higher education institutions in India.
