Union Minister Prataprao Jadhav’s car has met with an accident in Washim, Maharashtra. The Union Minister was not in the vehicle at the time of the incident, but his bodyguard, driver and his colleague were seriously injured in the incident. This incident took place near Ridhora village on Samriddhi Highway in Washim district.
After dropping Union Minister Prataprao Jadhav in Nagpur, the vehicle in question was going towards Mehkar when it collided heavily with a truck coming from the front.
All three injured were admitted to the hospital
In this accident, Union Minister Prataprao Jadhav’s bodyguard Nilesh Vakudkar, driver Bhushan Chopre and his colleague Vaibhav Deshmukh were seriously injured. As soon as information about the accident was received, local workers immediately arranged for an ambulance and admitted the injured to Life Line Hospital in Washim, where all three are undergoing treatment.
The car was blown to pieces in the accident
The accident vehicle is registered in the name of Union Minister Prataprao Jadhav, but the minister was not present in the vehicle at the time of the accident. At present the police is investigating the exact cause of the accident. The front part of the car is completely damaged. The minister could not immediately get information about the incident because the convoy was returning after dropping him at Nagpur airport.
Who is Ganpatrao Jadhav?
According to the social media post, Union Minister Prataprao Jadhav had attended a wedding ceremony in Mottola Taluka of Buldhana district of Maharashtra. Prataprao Ganpatrao Jadhav is holding the responsibility of Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare from 2024. He is a member of Shinde’s Shiv Sena and has been elected to the Lok Sabha from Buldhana constituency of Maharashtra for 4 consecutive times since 2009.
