Hapur District Magistrate Abhishek Pandey said that Education Minister Gulab Devi was going from Delhi towards Bijnor on Tuesday afternoon after Education Minister Gulab Devi was injured in a road accident. As soon as the convoy of his car was crossed by crossing the Chhejarasi toll plaza in Pilkhuwa in Hapur, then the education minister’s car collided with the escort car.
