Please tell SP Goyal is a resident of Lucknow and was born in the year 1967. As IAS officer, SP Goyal was first appointed as Assistant Magistrate in Etawah. After this, he was also posted as Chief Development Officer in Aligarh, Bahraich and Meerut districts. He has also held responsibility as District Magistrates of Mathura, Etawah, Prayagraj and Deoria.
Delhi returned to UP in 2017
