UPPSC Jobs 2025: A golden opportunity has come for the youth of Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released a brief advertisement of Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Recruitment Examination 2025. A total of 182 posts will be filled through this recruitment. The application process will start from 16 September 2025 and candidates will be able to apply online by 16 October 2025. The Commission has also made it clear that the last date for improvement in the application form and solution of fees related to fees will be 24 October 2025.
The detailed advertisement of the Commission will be available from 16 September on UPPSC’s official website uppsc.up.nic.in. In this, all the information like the process of applying online, the method of depositing the fee, reservation and age relaxation rules, examination schemes and syllabus will be given. The Commission has asked the candidates to read the detailed advertisement carefully and apply only when they fulfill all the qualification conditions.
How much should be age?
The number of posts fixed for this recruitment may increase or decrease according to the circumstances and needs. Right now 182 posts have been fixed, but it is possible to change. Talking about the age limit, the candidates who will be able to appear in this examination, whose age should be minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years by 1 July 2025. That is, he should not be born before 2 July 1985 and after 1 July 2004. Divyang candidates and candidates of reserved category will be given exemption in the maximum age limit as per the rules.

Detailed information related to educational qualifications will be told in the detailed advertisement to be released on 16 September. However, in general, there are degrees related to law and necessary conditions for this post. The last time in April 2022, the advertisement was extracted for 69 posts of Assistant Prosecution Officer. At that time, the Commission also conducted interviews with preliminary and main examinations. The entire selection process was completed in about 14 months and the final result was declared in June 2023. This time too, candidates are hopeful that the recruitment process will be completed on time.
