Ganga Express Way: The Indian Air Force is going to do historic trial on the Ganga Expressway under construction in Uttar Pradesh. Yesterday on Friday, 3.5 km on the Ganga Expressway in Shahjahanpur. The Air Force will show its strength on a long air strip. In this mission, the most advanced fighter and transport aircraft of the Air Force will be taken and land off. It will include fighter aircraft ranging from Rafael to Jaguar and Miraj. The purpose of this air show is to use this expressway as an alternative runway during war or disaster.
4 days before today, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inspected the 3.50 km long modern airstrip on the Ganga Expressway in Shahjahanpur on Sunday itself. This will be the first such strip in the country where the fighter aircraft of the Air Force will be able to land day and night. Fighter planes will also be able to rehearsed here. From the security point of view, about 250 CCTV cameras have been installed on both sides of the airstrip.
In view of the air show, the Indian Air Force has taken the airstrip under its jurisdiction. Airforce personnel and officials associated with UPDA are busy operating this air show. According to the information received from the district administration, the air show will be organized both day and night, so that the night landing capability of the air strip can also be tested. During the show, fighter jets will fly at one meter height on an air strip for testing. After this, the fighter jets will land on the air strip and then take off. After this, this exercise will be done again from 7 pm to 10 pm. All fighter jets will fly from Bareilly Air Force Station. During this, Finance Minister Suresh Khanna, Minister of State for Cooperation JPS Rathore and public representatives and Air Force officials and employees will be present.
