Samajwadi Party national president and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has expelled party MLA Pooja Pal from Chail in Kaushambi. Akhilesh’s decision to expel has been taken at a time when Pooja Pal praised Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath during the monsoon session of the Legislature and said that the CM gave him justice after the murder of her husband. Now Pooja Pal has commented on this decision of Kannauj MP Akhilesh.
Pooja Pal said on her expulsion that perhaps you could not listen to those women of Prayagraj who were more upset than me. But I am his voice, I have been sent to the assembly by choosing an MLA. I am the voice of those mothers and sisters who have lost their loved ones.
Pooja said that she has sent me here. In Prayagraj, CM has given justice to all the people who are troubled due to Atik Ahmed, not only Pooja Pal. I have been saying this from day one, when I was in the party. I have been removed today. I still stand on my statement. I became the MLA later, but I am a victim woman first, a wife. We could not tolerate what happened to us.
‘I also come from backward community …’
Commenting on SP’s PDA formula, Pooja said that she talks about PDA. I also come from the backward community, I was upset, I got out of my house because my husband was murdered in broad daylight, I was a new-born bride and no one was at my house. He proved that he is completely against the PDA.
On expelting MLA Pooja Pal from the party by Samajwadi Party, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak said, this action of Samajwadi Party against her is very condemnable.
The allowance of the MLAs of UP Assembly, ministers increased, know how many rupees will come in the account?
