Ten years ago, when the foundation of Nishad Party was laid, it was difficult to raise the voice of the society. But today this party has become a strong voice of fishermen, Bind, Kewat, Mallah, Kunwar, Gond, Kashyap and other toiling societies not only in Uttar Pradesh but all over India. The biggest issue of our society is reservation and constitutional rights. This fight will run until the society gets its right. No matter how much time it takes, reservation will be available.
He further said that for 70 years, the SP-BSP governments in the Congress and Uttar Pradesh for 19 years deprived the society by doing politics of discrimination. But now this injustice will not last long. If the Nishad society can reach Delhi, then the Lucknow will not back down from surrounded by the Legislative Assembly.
Announcement to enter Bihar elections
On this occasion, Dr. Nishad also made a formal announcement to contest the Bihar assembly elections. He called upon the workers to rise above the caste and regional boundaries and organize the strength of the society. He said, this fight is not of any one person, but of the whole society.
