There will be a mass bath in Ganga on 3rd November, then we will appeal to those 50 crore devotees who came here to take bath in Mahakumbh and after purifying themselves, they also reached here with great penance. Now we will appeal to them that you too should form a group on behalf of your respective state and come sometime from Gangotri to Ganga Sagar where Ganga lies near your state and repay the debt of one day of cleanliness.
