If a driver does duty for at least 22 days per month for 2 consecutive months, he will be given an additional holiday bonus of Rs 1500 and a monthly bonus of Rs 3000. If a driver dies while on duty, his family will get immediate compensation of Rs 7.5 lakh.
What should be the qualification?
If you want to become a contract driver in UP Roadways, then you should have at least 6th pass. At the same time, the age should be at least 23 years and 6 months on December 1, 2025. There is no upper limit. People up to 50 years of age can also apply. Apart from this, it is necessary to have a valid driving license of Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV). Learning license will not work. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in driving heavy vehicles (bus/truck). Eyes should be fine. Should not be color blind.
