The Meteorological Department has issued anticipation of rain in the entire state. In both western and eastern divisions, there will be thunderstorms with thunderstorms in many places today. Also, there is a possibility of lightning fall in some places. During this time, fast gusts will be blowing at a speed of 40-50 kmph.
From June 18, this process of rain will be faster and 20 June will cause heavy rain in almost all places, which will bring a significant drop in temperature. The state will continue to rain till 21 June.

In the last 24 hours in UP, about 23 people died due to lightning with thunderstorms. CM Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to provide help to the victims’ families.
In the coming days, people have been asked to take precautions in view of the change in weather and heavy rains and lightning falling. The administration has been instructed to provide immediate help in the damage caused to the people due to thunderstorms and rain.
