The weather is going to change once again in Uttar Pradesh. Due to the activation of a new western disturbance in the state, warnings of lightning, rain and hailstorm along with strong winds have been issued in different districts. Due to which there will be rain and thundershowers at most places in the next two days. Along with rain, an alert of hailstorm has also been issued in Western UP. Due to this change in weather, the temperature will also drop today.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain with thunder and lightning has been predicted at many places in the western division of UP today. During this period, there will be thunderstorms along with thunder at some places in the division, strong gusty winds will blow at the speed of 30-40 km and at some places hailstorm has also been warned.
Hail warning in these districts
Warning of rain and hailstorm along with thunder has been given in Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Agra, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Etawah, Auraiya, Jalaun, Jhansi, Hamirpur, Mahoba and Lalitpur of Western UP today.
At the same time, a yellow alert has been issued at some places in the Eastern Division for light rain, strong winds, lightning and rain. Changed weather patterns will be seen in the state on 27-28 January. The effect of western disturbance will also be visible in the capital Lucknow, the sky will be partly cloudy in the afternoon and there may be rain at some places with strong winds.
Alert of heavy rain in these districts
Today in UP, there is a warning of heavy rain and lightning at almost all places in Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur, Amroha, Bareilly, Sambhal, Badaun, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur and Lakhimpur Kheri. There will be rain at many places in Mathura, Hathras, Etah, Kasganj, Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Sitapur, Bahraich.
Rain with thunder is expected at some places in Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Baghpat, Hapur, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Shravasti, Balrampur, Gonda, Barabanki, Lucknow, Unnao, Kanpur, Jalaun and rain at one or two places in Rae Bareli, Fatehpur, Banda, Amethi, Ayodhya, Basti and Siddharthnagar.
Cold will increase in next 24 hours
According to the Meteorological Department, the movement of clouds will continue in the state on Wednesday also. Due to rain, there will be a drop in the maximum and minimum temperatures of the state. From January 28, the maximum temperature will drop by 3-4 degrees and the minimum temperature will drop by 3-5 degrees. After this the temperature will gradually start increasing. Dense fog will be seen at some places on January 29.
