Amid the movement of clouds, the Meteorological Department has warned of thunderstorms in 22 districts of the state today (9 September).
According to the Meteorological Department, today (Tuesday) some districts of western UP may have rain shower with thunderstorms, while in some places in the eastern division, there is a possibility of rain with cloud roaring. Alert has also been given to shine celestial lightning in these districts.

Today, light rain can be seen in Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Barabanki and surrounding areas in UP. No special warning has been given in these districts.
Talking about the eastern division, Bahraich, Shravasti, Gonda, Basti, Ayodhya, Sultanpur, Balrampur, Siddharthnagar, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria, Sant Kabir Nagar, Ambedkar Nagar, Gorakhpur, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, Varanasi, Chandauli and Sonbhadra and surrounding districts will rain today. In these districts, there has also been a warning of thunderstorms with cloud roaring.
How long will the rain continue?
In the coming days in the coming days, the process of light rain showers will continue. On September 10, there will be rain at some places in both the divisions of the state, but no warning has been given. On 12 and 13 September, the weather will change rapidly in the western division, during this time heavy rain has been estimated at some places.
The Meteorological Department is going to continue sporadic rains at different places in the state till 14 September. Due to rain, temperature is also seen fluctuations. In the next 24 hours, the maximum temperature in eastern and central Uttar Pradesh will fall by 2-4 degrees Celsius, while western UP may increase by 2-4 degrees. But there is no change in the minimum temperature.
