The government has taken a new decision to connect Post office with digital payments. The postal department will accept payment through UPI in more than 1.5 lakh post offices across the country from August 2025. This step will benefit a lot to citizens living in rural areas and small cities, as they will no longer need to carry cash in long queues for bills or services.
