Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has issued admit cards for the much awaited PCS and ACF/RFO Preliminary Examination 2025. This exam will be held on 12 October. Candidates can download their admit card by visiting the official website uppsc.up.nic.in. The Commission has advised all the candidates to download the admit card on time and check all the information recorded in it carefully.

The admit card is the most important document of the exam. After downloading this, candidates must check these information. Candidate’s name, date of birth, photo and signature examination name and subject, exam date and time, full address of examination center, reporting time at the center.

When will the exam be done?

The preliminary examination of UPPSC PCS and ACF/RFO will be held on 12 October 2025 in two shifts.

First shift: 9:30 am to 11:30 pm

Second shift: 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm

A total of 1435 examination centers have been set up in 75 districts for this examination. According to the commission, this time about 6.26 lakh candidates will appear in the examination. Through this recruitment process, appointments will be made for about 210 posts.

Exam pattern

There will be questions of objective type in UPPSC PCS Preliminary Examination.

In the first shift, 150 questions will be asked from General Studies.

The second shift will have CSAT exam, which will have 100 questions.

Both papers will be of a total of 400 marks.

It is worth noting that general studies play a decisive role in paper selection, while CSAT only requires to get qualifying marks.

What to take to the exam center?

Print copy of admit card

Valid Photo ID (eg Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID or Passport)

Candidates without admit card and valid ID proof will not be given admission in the examination center.

How to download the admit card?

  1. First go to the website uppsc.up.nic.in.
  2. Click on the Admit Card link given on the homepage.
  3. Login by entering your registration number and date of birth.
  4. Now your admit card will appear on the screen.
  5. Download it and take out the print out for the future.
