Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission has announced bumper recruitment for the posts of Agriculture Technical Assistant (AGTA). The application process for this recruitment will start from 22nd May. Candidates will be able to apply through online medium. The last date to apply has been fixed as June 11. What qualification is required?
To apply for this recruitment, first of all the candidate must have a valid score card of UPSSSC PET 2025. Along with this, it is necessary to have graduation in agriculture or related subject, like B.Sc Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry or Agricultural Engineering. Apart from this, candidates having 4 years degree in Community Science or Home Science can also apply. Candidates who have NCC ‘B’ certificate or Territorial Army experience may get additional advantage.

The best thing about this recruitment is that the application fee has been kept very low. The fee for all categories of candidates has been fixed at only Rs 25. The fee is the same for all categories. Payment can be made through online mode.
How will the selection process happen?
First of all, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of UPSSSC PET 2025 score. After this, written examination will be conducted. After passing the written examination, there will be skill test, document verification and finally medical examination.
