The Commerce Ministry of China has also replied to the US and put 12 American institutions in its export control list. Also, 6 American companies have been included in the list of “unreliable entities”.

This news came at a time when the Trump administration decided to impose an additional 104 percent tariff on goods imported from China yesterday. The press secretary of the White House had said that this tariff would be applicable from April 9 (Wednesday).
