Advisory to Indian citizens living in Israel
On the other hand, India on Saturday (28 February) has issued an advisory for its citizens living in Israel. An advisory has been issued by the Indian Embassy in Israel saying that people should remain alert after the joint air strike by Israel and America against Iran.
Advice to strictly follow safety guidelines
Accordingly, in view of the prevailing security situation in the area, all Indian citizens in Israel are advised to exercise utmost caution and remain alert at all times. Indian citizens have also been asked to strictly follow the safety guidelines and instructions issued by the Israeli authorities and Home Front Command. The importance of staying near safe areas has also been emphasized in the advisory.
It also says that all Indian citizens should stay near the designated shelter and keep track of the safe places nearest to their place of residence or place of work. Apart from this, it has been said to avoid all non-essential travels inside Israel until further notice. Citizens have also been asked to keep a constant eye on local media, official announcements and emergency alerts.
