US President Donald Trump once again claimed six wars on Monday (25 August 2025), including the Indo-Pakistan War. He claimed that the Indo-Pak war could rise to a nuclear level. He said, “He had already dropped seven jets. However, there is confusion over the number of aircraft in Trump’s statement. He said that 5 aircraft have fallen. Now he is saying that 7 aircraft have fallen, but the Indian Air Force has officially confirmed 5 fighter jets and 1 AEW & C aircraft. Ie the total number is 6 aircraft, while the trump claim is different.

India has been continuously clarifying about the ceasefire with Pakistan that the consent on the ceasefire was formed by direct talks between the military directors (DGMOs) of the two countries. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said in Parliament that no third country played a role in stopping ‘Operation Sindoor’.

India’s Operation Sindoor
India started Operation Sindoor on 6-7 May 2025. The campaign was carried out on 22 April 2025 in response to the terrorist attack (in which 26 civilians were killed) in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. In this operation, the Indian Air Force targeted terrorist structures in Pakistan and PoK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir). Using the S-400 air defense system, 5 Pakistani fighters dropped. An AEW & C (Airborne Early Warning and Control) also destroyed the aircraft. Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh described it as the biggest incident ever. Let us know that India had destroyed the Pakistani airbase, which includes Sukkur in Sindh, Noor Khan Air Base in Rawalpindi, Rahim Yar Khan in Southern Punjab, PAF Base Mushf in Sargodha, PAF Base Shahbaz Jacababad in North Sindh and Bholari Air Base in North Thaatta district. The satellite image related to the attack has also been introduced by the Indian Air Force as evidence.
