The US Embassy in India has issued a strict warning for people wishing to go to America. This warning is specifically for those traveling on B1/B2 visitor visas. If you break the rules, there is a risk of being banned forever.

The effect of strict immigration policy is visible

The effect of the strict immigration policy started during the Donald Trump government is now clearly visible. The number of new international students in America has declined by 17% last year. In August 2024, this decline had reached 19% on a year-on-year basis, in which the biggest decline was for students coming from India. At the same time, those applying for H-1B visa are now facing longer wait times than before.
