A golden opportunity has come to light for the youth who join the Indian Navy by joining the Indian Navy. The Indian Navy has recruited a big recruitment for the posts of Short Service Commission. These appointments will be made for the course starting from June 2026. Under the recruitment, candidates will be selected for more than 260 posts in Executive, Education and Technical Branch. The application process will start from August 9, while interested candidates can apply till 1 September 2025. For this, the candidates have to go to the official website joinindiannavy.gov.in.
Who can apply
For these posts, candidates with graduation degrees like BE, BTech, BSc, BCom, BSC, IT as well as post graduate or diploma in the respective field can apply. Candidates from fields like law, physics, electronics, IT and supply chain are also eligible. According to the posts, the age limit should be between 2 July 2001 to 1 July 2007.
Which posts are included
The major posts included in the recruitment include 57 posts of Executive Branch, 24 posts of Pilot Branch, 20 posts of Observer, 20 posts of ATC, 10 posts of Logistics, 15 posts of Education, 36 posts of Engineering, 40 posts of Electronic Branch, and 16 posts of Naval Constitution.
Selection process and salary
Candidates for this recruitment will be selected on the basis of short listing, SSB interview, medical exam and document verification. The selected candidates will get appointment in the Indian Navy after training. Talking about salary, in the beginning, candidates will get salary up to Rs 1,10,000 per month. Apart from this, an additional allowance of Rs 31,250 per month will also be given after training for pilot and observer posts. At the same time, many other allowances will also be included in it.
