There is great news for the candidates looking for a government job. The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) has announced recruitment to new posts. This time the corporation has sought applications for the posts of Chief Director and Deputy Director. The special thing is that these posts will be selected without any written examination. That is, the candidates will get a chance to get a job on the basis of merit and interview directly.
The application process for these posts has already started. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting NCDC’s official website ncdc.in. The last date for application has been fixed on 31 August 2025. That is, those candidates who want to apply for these posts, have to fill their form before this date.
Who can apply?
To apply for these posts, the candidate must have a MBA or PGDM degree from a recognized university or institute. Only those candidates will be eligible for the application, who have these educational qualifications.
Age limit
NCDC has also set age limit for these posts. The maximum age has been kept at 45 years to apply to the post of Chief Director. The maximum age of the candidate should be 35 years to apply to the post of Deputy Director. Candidates of reserved category will be given a relaxation in age limit as per the rules of the government.
Application fee
To apply, candidates will also have to deposit the prescribed fee. Candidates of General, OBC and EWS class will have to pay 1200 as application fee. SC, ST, Divyang and ex -servicemen candidates will not have to pay any kind of fee. The fee will be paid through online only.
Selection process
The biggest feature of this recruitment is that the candidates will be selected without written examination. That is, the corporation will select directly on the basis of merit and interview. This is a great opportunity for the candidates because they will not have to prepare for long exams.
Salaries
The candidates selected on the post of Chief Director will get salary as per Pay Level-13, which will be from 1,23,100 to 2,15,900 per month.
Selected candidates for the post of Deputy Director will get salary from 67,700 to 2,08,700 per month as per Pay Level-11.
