Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati has started his Gopratishtha Dharmayuddha Yatra. During this time he left in a palanquin. As soon as he sat in the palanquin, he attacked the government. Regarding the journey, Shankaracharya said that now it has become necessary and a compulsion. We have to fight against our elected governments to save our mother cows. He further said that politicians make political sense. We are religious people. Setting out to save our mother cow.
What did Shankaracharya say after starting the journey?
Shankaracharya further said that Chintamani is now going to Sankat Mochan after having darshan of Lord Ganesha. He has said that he will pray for the relief from the crisis faced by mother cow. On stopping the journey, he said that when stopped, he will stop, but the question is why will he stop?
‘This journey is going towards war’
Avimukteshwaranand Maharaj said that we have to expel people for religious war. Now this journey is going towards war. No message has come from the government. He said that all the MLAs and MPs should come to participate in this yatra.
He further said that every Hindu wants cow slaughter to stop. The message to the public is to unite against cow slaughter. Also the public is requested to come to Lucknow. Every Hindu including Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra are coming together to stop cow slaughter.
Heavy force deployed outside Vidyamath
Before the start of Shankaracharya’s journey, the force was deployed outside Vidyamath street. He worshiped the cow for some time. Shankaracharya has started the Yatra on Saturday (7th March) at 8.30 am. This journey will be completed from Varanasi to Lucknow.
First, after Chintamani Ganesh, Sankat Mochan Darshan and visit to different areas of the city will be welcomed. On Saturday, it will reach Rae Bareli from Varanasi via Jaunpur, Sultanpur, Gauriganj and Amethi. A night stay program is organized in Rae Bareli.
The itinerary will be like this
- Meeting in Jaunpur, Sultanpur on 7 March 2026 and night rest after the meeting in Rae Bareli.
- On March 8, 2026, after holding a meeting in Mohanlalganj- Lalganj- Achalganj, the meeting reached Unnao and then rested for the night.
- Meeting in Bangarmau and Bagholi on 9 March 2026 and night rest after the meeting in Naimisharanya.
- Arrival in Lucknow on 10 March 2026 after holding meetings in Sindhauli and Ijota.
- On March 11, 2026, at 2 pm, Kanshi Ram will reach the Smriti cultural site and sound the conch shell for religious war for the protection of cows.
