According to official statements, Delsey Rodriguez has visited Prasanthi Nilayam, the spiritual headquarters of Sathya Sai Baba in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh state of India, twice in recent years. His visit was not a part of any official religious diplomacy, but was described as a purely personal visit.

The trust had issued an official statement
The Sathya Sai Trust issued an official statement after the second visit of Delsey Rodriguez. “Rodriguez expressed his deep joy at returning to the ashram and said he felt peace and tranquility in the divine presence of Sathya Sai Baba,” the statement said. He spent time in prayer at both the places and also talked about the peace he felt there.
