Former Mokama MLA Anant Singh left for nomination on Tuesday (October 14, 2025) with his supporters in an open jeep. When he left Kargil Market at around 12:00 noon for nomination at Barh Sub-Divisional Office, thousands of supporters were seen shouting slogans along with him. The way Anant Singh was moving forward in an open jeep, saluting the people, his enthusiasm was worth seeing.
Anant Singh is filing nomination this time on the symbol of JDU. He had announced this on social media four days ago. When there was nomination, supporters started gathering since late night. Arrangements were made for food and drinks for about three thousand people in Kargil Market. Since last Monday (October 13, 2025), about 200 artisans were cooking together. Rasgullas have been arranged along with puri and vegetables in the meal. 150-200 tubs of Rasgulla were ready on Monday itself.

Anant Singh himself kept an eye on the food and drink arrangements.
The workers who came for nomination told that from yesterday (Monday) till today (Tuesday), Anant Singh himself has been completely monitoring the food and drinks of the supporters. From the size of the Rasgulla to the taste of the vegetables, he himself has examined it. Anant Singh is taking full care that the supporters do not face any kind of problem.
Let us tell you that Barh’s Kargil market is a very big market. This is Anant Singh’s market only. The entire election program takes place from this market. There are arrangements for accommodation for more than 200 supporters in this market. This market of Anant Singh remains in active mode in every election. Today (Tuesday), after nomination, Anant Singh will remain in Barh and he will himself look after the food and drink arrangements of the workers.
