In today’s era, smartphone is not just a gadget but has become a status symbol. Especially when it comes to a premium phone like iPhone 17 Pro Max, everyone dreams of getting it. But when this expensive phone is seen in the hands of a Golgappa seller instead of a big businessman or celebrity, then the matter automatically goes viral. These days, a similar video is spreading rapidly on social media, in which a person selling Golgappa on the streets of Patna is seen using an iPhone worth lakhs.

Video of Golgappa seller from Patna went viral

This video which surfaced from Patna is going viral on social media. In the video, a Golgappa seller is seen serving customers at his stall, but people’s attention goes more to his phone than his Golgappas. It is being claimed that he is using iPhone 17 Pro Max, whose price is said to be around Rs 1,49,900.

Food vlogger revealed

This video has been shared by food vlogger ‘Bihari Adda Wala’ on Instagram. When the vlogger reached ‘Shivji Banarasi Golgappa’ stall located near Patna Junction, he captured this unique scene on camera. In the video, he not only shows the phone closely but also checks its interface, which looks similar to an iPhone.

Used for digital payment

In the video, the Golgappa seller himself tells that he uses this phone to take digital payments. In today’s time, the trend of online payment has increased rapidly even among small businessmen, and this is the reason why even expensive smartphones are becoming a part of their work.

EMI and offers changed the picture

Premium smartphones are no longer limited to just the rich. EMI, exchange offers and finance plans have made them accessible to the common people. People are able to buy expensive phones in easy installments of up to two years. However, many experts believe that this may also increase financial pressure on some people.

Second hand market also became a big reason

Another big reason for expensive phones reaching the common people is the second hand market. Now pre-owned smartphones are easily available and their price is much lower than new phones. In such a situation, even small businessmen are able to use premium devices without spending much.
