White House Press Secretary Caroline Lewitt said that a meeting of already decided face-to-face between Trump and Putin has now been held, which has included Foreign Minister Marco Rubio and special messenger Steve Vitchoff. Putin also joined Foreign Minister Sergei Lavarov and Foreign Affairs advisor Yuri Ushakov.
