When the person is asked why he is not wearing a helmet, Head Constable Vivekananda and the people around him are surprised to hear his answer. The person says how should I wear a helmet as helmets of my size are not available.
Policemen also tried, but did not succeed
After this, the policeman is also surprised for a while and quickly says that you should try wearing our helmet, this is a new thing that you have said. When the policeman gives him his helmet, due to the man’s big head the helmet not only does not fit but gets stuck on the upper part of the head. On this the policeman also says that why should I issue you a challan now? After this, the policeman looks at the video and says that my request to the helmet manufacturing companies is that they should make bigger size helmets so that such people do not face any problem.
