According to the documents related to the property, the registration of this land was done on January 13. According to Live Mint, both the couples have finalized this land deal with Sonali Amit Rajput, director of a real estate company. The information related to the deal has also been confirmed by CRE Matrix, a property data analytics firm. During this period, all the legal processes were completed completely as per the rules.
Brother Vikas Kohli took the responsibility
The deal of this entire property has been completed by his brother Vikas Kohli on behalf of Virat Kohli. Actually, Virat has already given General Power of Attorney to his brother, due to which he handles the decisions and paperwork related to such investments on his behalf.

This is not the first time that Virat and Anushka have invested in Alibaug. Even in the year 2022, this power couple had made a deal with real estate developer Sameera Habitats for about eight acres of land here, on which they have built a luxurious holiday home.
