Virat Kohli Properties List: Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have decided to expand their property collection. He has purchased 5 acres of land in Jirad village near Awas Beach in Raigarh district of Alibaug. Virat and Anushka already own a bungalow in Worli, Mumbai, Gurgaon and a villa in Alibaug.
According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, he purchased this land on January 13 for Rs 37.86 crore. Apart from this, he also paid stamp duty of Rs 2.27 crore and registration fee of Rs 30 thousand to complete the transaction. This is his second land in Alibaug area within the last four years.
According to property registration records, the first plot of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma is spread over 14,470 square meters and the second is 6,260 square meters. This is a total of 21,010 square meters.
