Former Team India captain Virat Kohli has also congratulated the Indian team for the victory. However, he did not even mention coach Gautam Gambhir and captain Shubman Gill.
On the last day of the 5th Test played at The Oval, India needed 4 wickets to win, while England were on the threshold of victory, they had to score only 35 runs. Mohammad Siraj took 3 wickets, on the fourth day, the famous Krishna took a big wicket as Joe Root (105) before the end of the match. Virat Kohli praised both bowlers in his post.

Siraj Match and Gill Series Best Player elected
Mohammad Siraj was chosen as the best player of the 5th Test, he took 5 wickets in the second innings. He also took 4 wickets in the first innings. India won the last Test by 6 runs and finished the series 2–2. Shubman Gill was chosen as the best player of the series, scoring a total of 754 runs with the help of 4 centuries.
