Mohammad Siraj, who gave India a historic victory in the fifth and decisive Test match played against England at The Oval ground in London, is getting congratulations from all over the country. In this episode, Bhavna Kohli Dhingra, sister of former India captain Virat Kohli, also shared a passionate message for Siraj on social media.
Bhavna shared two pictures of Siraj on Instagram. One shows Siraj in a emotional posture on the field in Lord’s, and the other celebrating after winning at The Oval. With this he wrote, “This game always performs miracles. There are heroes who inspire and assure us in hope and positivity. @Mohammedsirajofficial you are great.”

At the same time, Virat Kohli also wrote ‘X’ praising Siraj, “The brilliant victory of Team India. Siraj and the famous commitment and combination gave us this amazing victory. Especially Siraj, which always puts everything at stake for the team. Very happy for him.”
Significantly, Mohammad Siraj took the most wickets in this five -Test series – a total of 24 wickets, and 185.3 overs marathon bowled. In the second innings of the Oval Test, he took India a historic win by just six runs with five wickets.
This victory gave India 2–2 equal in Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy. Despite Jasprit Bumrah’s comfort in this Test, Siraj played the role of a frontline bowler and performed tremendously.
After the victory, Siraj returned to his hometown Hyderabad via Mumbai Airport, where fans welcomed him warmly. Fans also demanded selfie and autograph at Mumbai Airport, but Siraj soon left for Hyderabad flight.
