The Special Intensive Revision Process (SIR) of Voter List 2026 has been successfully completed in Rajasthan. The final voter list was published on 21 February. This time a total of 5,15,19,929 voters have been included in 199 assembly constituencies. This number is 10,48,605 more than the draft list, i.e. an increase of 2.08 percent has been registered.
On October 27, 2025, a total of 5,46,56,215 voters were registered in the state. After this, during intensive investigation, 41,84,891 voters were not included in the draft list. There were 5,04,71,324 voters in the draft list released on 16 December 2025.
After the draft, 12,91,365 new voters were added and 2,42,760 names were removed. Ultimately, 5,15,19,929 voters were registered in the final list published on 21 February 2026. This entire process ran from 27 October 2025 to 21 February 2026, in which investigation and claims and objections were done up to the booth level.
Data of male, female and transgender voters
The final list includes 2,69,57,881 male voters, 2,45,61,486 female voters and 562 transgender voters. This time there has also been an improvement in the sex ratio. The sex ratio at the time of the draft list was 909, which increased to 911 in the final publication. That means there has been an increase of two points.
In Jaipur district, the sex ratio has increased by 7 points, while the quota has increased by 6 points. There has been an increase of 4 points each in Ajmer, Sirohi, Dungarpur, Bundi, Jhalawar and Bada districts.
Voters increased the most in these districts
The highest increase in the state was recorded in Jaipur district at 3.45 percent. After this, there was an increase of 3.22 percent in Phalodi, 2.78 percent in Bharatpur, 2.72 percent in Sirohi and 2.71 percent in Bundi. This increase was possible due to the addition of new voters and the reform process.
Number of young voters also increased
There has also been a significant increase in the number of young voters in the age group of 18 to 19 years. After the draft, there was an increase of 4,35,061 youth voters in the final list, which is a total increase of 0.82 percent. An increase of 1.30 percent in young voters has been recorded in Jaipur district, 1.26 percent in Barmer, 1.22 percent in Bharatpur, 1.18 percent in Phalodi and 1.09 percent in Bundi. It is clear from this that new voters registered enthusiastically.
On 21 February 2026, a meeting was held with representatives of all recognized political parties under the chairmanship of District Election Officers. During this time, one soft copy (photo roll) and one hard copy of the electoral roll 2026 of all the assembly constituencies were made available free of cost.
Also, political parties were told that any voter can search the name online on the website of District Election Officer or Chief Electoral Officer and voter portal.
Big campaign launched in 41 districts
District Election Officers, 199 Election Registration Officers, 1651 Assistant Election Registration Officers and 61,136 booth level officers of 41 districts played an important role in making this campaign successful. Lakhs of volunteers and district presidents of political parties and 1,08,252 booth level agents also participated.
During the special intensive review, regular meetings were held with political parties and booth level lists were shared. The draft list and the list of names not included in the draft were also made available to the general public on the website.
Adding, deleting or correcting names in the voter list is a continuous process. For this, Form-6, 7 and 8 can be filled online or through the concerned BLO. If there is any objection regarding any entry, an appeal can be made first to the District Magistrate and then to the Chief Electoral Officer. The final voter list of Anta assembly constituency will be published on 12 March 2026.
