According to HUM News, this incident took place on December 23 at the International Departure Lounge of Jeddah Airport, when the PIA flight was about to go to Multan. According to sources, the fight started with a heated argument but soon turned into a fight.
During this time, a PIA officer present at the spot also tried to intervene, but the standing air hostess can clearly be seen raising her hand on her sitting colleague. Along with this, she can also be heard saying angrily ‘How did you say like this?’ The clip is only 12 seconds long,

PIA officers calmed down the commotion
In fact, the officers trying to establish peace between the two look at the person recording the video and say do not record the video. Later, the employees present there, on the condition of anonymity, said that both of them were making personal attacks on each other.
Despite his immediate intervention, video of the incident spread on social media, gaining public attention and raising questions about workplace discipline. After this, the airline, reiterating its promise of professional behaviour, suspended both the employees pending investigation.
PIA suspended both air hostesses
A PIA spokesperson confirmed the incident and said the airline takes matters of discipline and professional conduct very seriously. The spokesperson further said, ‘Both the air hostesses have been suspended and investigation has been started. As per company rules, action will be taken against those responsible.
The incident has sparked a conversation about workplace behavior and the challenges airline staff face. Meanwhile, PIA has assured the people that steps are being taken to prevent such incidents in future and reiterated its zero-tolerance policy towards misbehavior of its employees.
