Lionel Messi reached Kolkata late night as part of the GOAT India Tour 2025, along with him Argentine players Rodrigo de Paul and Luis Suarez were also present. There was a huge crowd at the airport even at night to see him, the place through which his convoy was passing was also full of fans. On Saturday, he reached the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata, but the fans who had bought tickets worth thousands, yearned for a glimpse of him. Before this, Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan along with his son had a special meeting with Messi.
Many videos of Salt Lake Stadium are going viral, where fans are angrily throwing things like chairs, bottles etc. on the ground. Fans alleged that they bought tickets worth more than Rs 10,000 to see Messi, but when he came to the field, he was surrounded by other people. Because of this he could not see Messi and he remained on the ground for barely 10 minutes and returned. On the other hand, Shahrukh Khan met Messi.

Both the sons of Bollywood King Shahrukh Khan are fans of Lionel Messi. Shahrukh’s younger son Abram looked very eager to meet Messi, as soon as he met him, happiness was clearly visible on his face. Shahrukh also talked to Messi for a while, during which Messi was laughing at something.

After the meeting, Shahrukh Khan also posed for a photo with Lionel Messi. His son Abram Khan also got photographed with Messi. The video of the meeting between Shahrukh and Messi is going viral on social media.
