The American Airlines flight AA3023 caused chaos on Saturday (July 26, 2025) when the landing gear of the aircraft caught fire during the takeoff at Danver International Airport. The aircraft of the Boeing 737 Max model had a total of 173 passengers and 6 crew members, who were safely taken out.
According to the Denver Fire Department, the aircraft was about to fly to Miami when his tire suddenly got a technical disturbance on the runway 34L, causing a fire in the landing gear. Immediately the emergency response team reached the spot and controlled the fire.
Fastly fired passengers
Airport officials said that medical examination of five passengers was done, but no one needed to be taken to the hospital. However, a person has been sent to the hospital for precautionary treatment due to minor injuries.
FAA started investigating
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has started investigating the incident. American Airlines issued a statement stating that due to the maintenance problem of the aircraft tire, it has been removed from the service at present and the investigation is on.
