Yoga Guru Shailendra says that some special precaution should be taken according to age, merge and gender and they should be included according to the change. Special attention should also be taken of the rule. Like morning time is best for better results. It is best to do asana on an empty stomach and if it is not possible in the morning, do not eat anything 3 hours before practice or keep the stomach empty.
