Qamar chema’s reaction on India’s defense production: ‘India’s defense production has exceptionally increased after the start of Make in India ‘initiative. India is now exporting defense equipment such as bulletproof jackets, dornier (do-228) aircraft, Chetak helicopter, sharp interceptor boats and light torpedo. Pak expert Qamar Cheema has asked Pakistan to learn from India.

Now India is developing its military power itself. This change reflects the strong commitment of self -sufficient India. With this, India will be able to fulfill its security needs itself and will also create a strong defense industry, which will help in the economic growth of the country.
He further said, ‘It was told in the fact sheet issued on March 24 that India has set a target to bring defense production to Rs 3 lakh crore by 2029. This step will help India to make India a major center of global defense building. ‘Make in India’ initiative has made this increase possible. Under this, many advanced military equipment and weapons have been developed, such as Dhanush cannon system, advanced todd artillery gun system, Arjun main warfare tank, light fighter aircraft Tejas, modern light helicopters, sky missile system, weapons detection radar. Capacity and strength have increased.
Promoting foreign investment in defense industry
Pak expert Qamar Cheema said, ‘According to the report, a total of Rs 5,516.16 crore has come in the defense industry since April 2000. Changes in policies have increased the participation of private companies. New techniques are developing. The manufacture of modern military equipment has intensified. India’s situation in the defense sector has strengthened further. Apart from this, he said that India is now bringing the private sector in the field of defense.
‘Pakistan needs to learn’
He said that India wants to create a prestige through its indigenous defense equipment. This is not just limited to earning money but India wants the world to recognize him as a strong defense maker. India has set a target of earning more than $ 34-35 billion by 2029. India is moving rapidly in the manufacture and export of defense equipment. Pakistan also exports defense equipment, but its capacity is limited. The biggest problem is that private sector (private sector) is not promoted in Pakistan. Till Pakistan does not bring private companies forward, it will not be able to compete with India.
