However, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has said that there may be a change in the weather of North India in the coming days i.e. Valentine’s Week.

According to the Meteorological Department, 3 western disturbances will be active on 13 and 16-17 February. Due to this, there may be rain and snowfall in some hilly states including Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. There is also a possibility of strong winds blowing at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour, storm and lightning in these areas. The weather may also change in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh on 16 February. Here, there has been a warning of light rain along with thunderstorm and lightning at some places.

Cold will remain in hilly areas

The Meteorological Department says that due to the effect of western disturbance, cold will continue in the hilly areas. At the same time, the temperature may increase slightly in eastern states like Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim and Odisha. There is currently no major warning of rain in these states, but there may be light fog in the morning and evening.

Delhi-NCR weather

There is a possibility of clear weather in Delhi-NCR from 11 to 13 February. There may be light fog in the morning. The maximum temperature can be around 25 degrees and the minimum temperature can be around 9 degrees.

condition of Uttar Pradesh

Weston Disturbance will not have much impact in Uttar Pradesh. There may be light fog on the morning of 11 February. The minimum temperature is likely to be between 5 to 10 degrees. The temperature may increase by 2-3 degrees in the next three days. Overall, there is a possibility of rain and snowfall in the hilly areas, while the weather will be normal in the plains, but mild cold and fog will persist. Overall, while the cold is decreasing in the plains, the weather in North India may change once again due to the Western Disturbance.
