Fitness enthusiasts around the world often take new challenges to change themselves and inspire others. But sometimes these challenges also prove to be very dangerous. The story of Dmitry Nuyanzin, a Russian fitness influencer, is a painful reminder that any extreme experiment with the body can sometimes be fatal. Dmitry wanted to show people that anyone can lose weight if they have the courage. But he lost his life in this attempt.

Russian influencer took the challenge to lose weight, first he will increase it and then he will reduce it.

Dmitry Nuyanzin, a 30-year-old fitness influencer living in the Russian city of Orenburg, used to teach fitness to people on social media. He wanted everyone to understand that losing weight is not difficult, it just needs the right approach. With this thought in mind, he started a very risky challenge. He decided that he would first gain at least 25 kg i.e. about 50 pounds and then show people his weight loss method.

Started eating junk food throughout the day, took 10000 calories every day

To achieve this goal, Dmitry created a very extreme diet plan. He was eating about 10,000 calories of food every day for several weeks. This quantity is about four times more than the requirement of a normal human being. His breakfast consisted of pastries and cakes. For lunch, he used to eat about two pounds of pakodas drenched in mayonnaise. Used to eat burgers and pizza at night. Apart from this, he used to eat chips, chocolates and many types of junk snacks throughout the day. Eating so much and so heavily can have a very bad effect on the body, but Dmitry continued to do so.

Weight reached 105 kg, health deteriorated

Within about a month of starting the challenge, his weight increased by 13 kg and he reached 105 kg. On November 18, he posted a video on Instagram and said that his challenge is progressing rapidly. In the video, he was sitting comfortably and eating chips. But in the same post he also said that he was feeling a little strange.

Heart beat stopped while sleeping at night and death occurred

The sad thing is that no one thought that his feeling of discomfort was the beginning of such a big problem. Just a day before his death, Dmitry canceled several coaching sessions and told friends that he was not feeling well. He said that he was going to go to the doctor the next day. But they could not reach there. That very night, his heart stopped beating in his sleep and he died.

My heart could not bear this much burden

Experts say that even though Dmitry was fit, eating huge amounts of junk food continuously for so long put a lot of pressure on his internal organs. Especially his heart could not bear this pressure. Rapid weight gain can be extremely dangerous for the body. Dmitry’s death is a sad lesson that no matter how important fitness is, taking on any extreme challenge with the body is always risky.
