This warning comes at a time when American media reported on Friday (March 27, 2026) that America is considering the deployment of 10,000 additional troops in the Middle East. The move has intensified speculation that Washington is preparing for the possibility of a ground operation inside Iran. Donald Trump is repeatedly claiming that Iran is begging him for a compromise, yet America is considering such a decision.
Iran’s war with US-Israel continues
According to the report of American newspaper The Wall Street Journal, the purpose of the presence of additional troops in Iran is to give Trump more military options. This is happening at a time when conflict is continuing in the Middle East after the US-Israeli attacks on Iran since February 28. The new army contingent being sent by America will join the thousands of paratroopers and marine soldiers already deployed in the Middle East.
Iran threatens to activate Houthi rebels
An Iranian official said on Wednesday (March 25, 2026) that if the US launches a ground attack on Iran, Tehran will activate its Houthi allies in Yemen. The Houthis will be instructed to resume attacks on ships in the Red Sea, opening a new front of war. Iran has already threatened that if America sends troops, the movement of ships in the Bab-el-Mandeb strait will be completely stopped.
