So far 6 teams used to participate in the Asia Cup, but this time the number of teams has been increased to 8. The names of these 8 teams are India, Pakistan UAE, Oman, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Hong Kong. These countries are divided into 2 groups of four teams, in which the top-2 teams will get a place in the Super-4 stage. At the same time, the final will be played between the Top-2 teams of Super-4.
