British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has come on a two-day visit to India on 9 October. His main objective during this time is to participate in the sixth edition of the CEO Forum and Global Fintech Fest to be held in Mumbai. Now if we talk about the salary of the British PM, then people are surprised to know this. The Prime Minister of Britain gets a salary of about Rs 5 lakh 78 thousand every month. Talking about annual salary, he gets a total of Rs 1 crore 73 lakh 44 thousand as annual salary. This salary is much higher than any common government job.

What is the salary of PM of India?
Whereas if we compare the salary of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in India, it is much less than that of the British PM. In India, the Prime Minister gets a salary of Rs 1 lakh 66 thousand per month from the government. This includes basic salary of Rs 50 thousand, expenditure allowance of Rs 3 thousand, parliamentary allowance of Rs 45 thousand and daily allowance of Rs 2 thousand. According to this, PM Modi gets approximately Rs 19,92,000 as salary annually.
