Current salary of IAS Tina Dabi
According to reports, Tina Dabi is currently posted at the District Collector/Commissioner level (Pay Level 14). According to the 7th Pay Commission, his basic salary is approximately Rs 1,44,200 per month. This does not include dearness allowance, house rent allowance and traveling allowance. If these allowances are also included, his monthly income can range from Rs 1.5 to 2 lakh.
Apart from this, IAS officers also get many other facilities, like government accommodation, HRA (House Rent Allowance), vehicle facility and medical facilities. Along with this, officers also get bonus and other benefits based on their post and experience.
How much will be the benefit from 8th Pay Commission?
According to the 8th Pay Commission, the current salary of IAS (Level-10) officers will increase from Rs 56,100 to approximately Rs 1,60,446. With this increase, the total monthly income of an officer like Tina Dabi including allowances can reach more than Rs 2 lakh 25 thousand.
