Kareena likes to have early dinner and sleep at around 9:30 pm. Therefore, she often avoids going to parties. She once said, “My friends know not to wait for me at parties, and they respect that. They know I’ll be watching ‘Schitt’s Creek’ on low!” Kareena has been working with dietitian Rujuta Diwekar for a long time and some time ago, at the launch of her book, Kareena had told that she needs Khichdi every 2-3 days, otherwise she cannot sleep at night.

Kareena had laughingly said, “My comfort food is Khichdi and if I don’t eat it for 2-3 days, I start craving it. I message him that if Khichdi is not there in the diet, I can’t sleep at night.”

What diet plan does Kareena follow?
Earlier in an interview given to The Lallantop, Rujuta had revealed Kareena’s diet. He had told, “Kareena Kapoor eats dry fruits like almonds, raisins or figs as soon as she wakes up. She has paratha or poha for breakfast, dal and rice for lunch and cheese toast (sometimes) or mango/mango shake (seasonal) for evening snacks; and khichdi with ghee/pulao for dinner.”

Kareena believes that being a vegetarian brings changes in her skin and body. At the launch event of the same book, the actress had made a big revelation that when she was a pure vegetarian, her body and skin completely changed and she loved doing all this.

Kareena has always believed in natural aging and not in processes like Botox and fillers. He had said that he likes yoga, exercise and overall health more. He had told, “Instead of skin treatment and Botox, I prefer strength training, taking a walk, doing Surya Namaskar and doing small tasks myself.”

Kareena told that although she has eaten food from all over the world, she likes home-cooked food the most. She had said, “I have eaten all this, but I don’t like it. When I am at home and eat simple food, I don’t care what it is, but I feel that I am very lucky. There is nothing like home-cooked food after a hard day’s work. Saif and I have started cooking, we enjoy it.”
