Users are expected to get three different options from the logout feature on WhatsApp. In this, the first “erase all data and preferences” will remove the entire chat history and users settings from the device. The second “Keep All Data and Refrains”, which allows users to log out of their accounts, saved all chat, media files and personal settings, which makes it easier to use later without losing data. The third “cancell” option exits the logout process without any change.

If users keep their data saved, they can return to their account again and get access to their store message and file immediately when login.
